Memphis Wings will be an inexpensive, quick service style restaurant/takeaway serving authentic Southern SMOKED BAR-B-Q that features slow and low cooked 18 hours BEEF BRISKET, PULLED PORK SUB, SMOKED CHICKEN AND RIBS, HICKORY SMOKED WINGS, BURGERS and the ‘HOME WRECKER’ 10 inch DOG.
The ribs, chicken, beef and pork will be marinated using a dry rub then smoked in house with a mixture of Hickory, Mesquite and Apple wood. The quick-service style of the DINER allows customers to order and pickup their food at the counter.
Our simple and casual TEX-MEX menu offers the world’s best ‘Smoked Texas style ribs’, ‘Philly cheese steak’, Quesadillas, Fajitas, Soft Tacos, freshest healthy salads, Buffalo wings, Char-grilled chicken burgers and many more delicious meals with scrumptious desserts sure to please both palate and wallet.
